im panicking out like CRAZY on the bleach in my hair right now!!!!!!?
ok my hair is jet black naturally,
so i wanted to bleach in blonde stripes on the top below the "crown"
so i did two stripes, one on top and one under it, with a gap of my natural hair between the bleaching stripes.
well i applyed the bottom stripe five minutes after the Top One, because i wanted to make sure it came it how i wanted-
straight stripes not jagged.
now its been about 20 minutes and the top stripe is like a gingery-orange.
but the bottom stripe only turned dark dark red. i can see tints of red.
just 10 minutes after i finished applying the top stripe turned redish, but after 20 minutes the bottom stripe is still dark red?!

You didn't do anything wrong, When you bleach out hair first it turns out a redish brown kind of color, I say wait 15 more minutes, Rinse out the bleach then put some more on.
It may take a few times to get really bleached out hair.
