LEGION HALL POLICY
1.
A deposit of 50% (Non-refundable) will confirm the
rental. The deposit is due upon date agreement is signed by renter and at least
14 days prior to the event.
2.
An additional 50% is
due no later than the day of the event/activity and prior to the start of the
event/activity.
3.
The dispensing of any alcoholic beverages must be in accordance with
and subject to all Federal, State and Local laws. Intoxicating drinks cannot be served to
minors. Alcoholic beverages in an open
container are not allowed to be taken out of the building.
4.
All music and all consumption of alcoholic beverages must cease by 1:30
am and the rental property must be vacated by 1:30 am.
5.
The kitchen facility is not
included in the rental agreement. Limited refrigeration space is available in
the bar area (if bar area part of rental). All food must be removed from the
premises at the conclusion of the rental.
6.
Illegal gambling of any kind is not permitted in the rental
facility. Lewd or indecent conduct is
not permitted on the property.
7.
The rental facility cannot be used for business or commercial purposes
and no fees may be charged by the renter for admission, food or drink.
8.
All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the activity. All garbage must be placed in garbage
containers within the rental area. All
garbage bags must be tied or fastened at the conclusion of the activity.
9.
Smoking is prohibited in the hall.
10. Rental facility is restricted
to a maximum 250 people.
When booking you will be committing to the following: "I HEREBY AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS
FOR RENTAL AND SIGNIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY ME IS TRUE AND
CORRECT. I ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR THE
CONDUCT OF MY GUESTS AND FOR DAMAGES INCURRED WHILE HALL IS RENTED IN MY NAME."
