History of Assos

Finally with Murad I ascending the throne in 1359 A.D., Assos came under Ottoman rule, which ended in 1389 A.D.

Is my mum right about this?

once a week i get my sketch pad and walk all the way to these castle ruins at the other side of my village , its a long walk , about an hour before I get there, its in the middle of a small forest and beside a river and i just love drawing that place,but recently my mum told me to stop going there because she thinks its dangerous. i havent seen enybody there yet.i sneak out of my house anyway , but what is she is right? sould i listen and stop going there??

Remember, most of us don't live in the country any more. I just moved from an area where I sometimes had to drive over dirt roads on a half-hour commute to an urban center.
